Mitch Borcina ’83 was a 2-time All-America selection as an attacker in lacrosse. He set Ohio Wesleyan game, season, and career records for assists and points scored as a senior en route to second-team All-America honors, and also was selected to compete in the North-South All-Star game. He ranked fourth among NCAA Division III scorers as a junior and earned honorable mention All-America laurels. Also a 3-time All-Midwest Lacrosse Association pick, he helped the Bishops to a 4-year record of 52-16, including 3 NCAA Division III playoff bids and 2 MLA championships.
