Lee Rowlinson ’88 was an All-America baseline player in men’s basketballHis senior year, he was a second-team All-America pick and was selected North Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Year after leading the NCAC in rebounding (10.7/game) and field goal percentage (.600) and ranking second in scoring (23.7/game) and free throw percentage (.846)He was named to all-tournament teams both at the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional and the NCAA Division III national semifinalsOhio Wesleyan won the NCAC championship and went on to win the NCAA Division III championship, the first national championship in school history As a junior, he took over a starting spot and went on to average 19.0 points (fourth in NCAC) and 9.1 rebounds (second in NCAC) and set a school record with a .615 field goal percentage on the way to first-team All-NCAC laurels.
