Dick Rebillard ’58 earned 4 varsity letters in baseball, and capped his career by slugging 4 home runs in the Bishops’ 1958 Ohio Athletic Conference championship season. Ohio Wesleyan’s record of 12-0 that year was the nation’s only undefeated mark. Rebillard hit .392 as a freshman and .321 as a sophomore, and led the OAC with 4 home runs in the 1956 season. He set or tied Ohio Wesleyan records for triples, runs scored, and walks in a game as well as season and career records for triples.
