As a junior, he won the NCAC Triple Crown, leading the conference in batting (with a league-record .511), home runs (12) and runs batted in (45). He was drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the 10th round of the 1992 draft and signed, ending his Bishop career after his junior year. As a sophomore, he played in a school-record 43 games and batted .356 with 8 home runs and 35 RBI and received second-team all-region honors. His freshman year, he played leftfield and batted .371 with 6 home runs and 38 RBI and was an honorable mention all-region selection. Senkowitz finished his career as Ohio Wesleyan’s all-time home run leader and ranked third on the career batting list and fourth on the career RBI list.
