Justin Schroeder ’06 was a 2-time All-America selection who also was a 4-time All-NCAC pick and NCAC Player of the Year in men’s golf. As a freshman, he won first-team All-NCAC honors by finishing second at the conference tournament. He tied for 34th place at NCAA Division III tournament with 301 (fourth on team) and was part of an OWU-record 1184 team score for 72 holes. Ohio Wesleyan won the NCAC championship and went on to tie for third at NCAA Division III tournament. As a sophomore, he won medalist honors with a 140 at Denison, setting an OWU record for 36 holes. He repeated as a first-team All-NCAC honoree after tying for third at the NCAC tournament. At the NCAA Division III tournament, he tied for 15th overall (second on team) with a 297 and was a third-team All-America selection. Ohio Wesleyan won the NCAC championship and went on to place seventh at NCAA Division III tournament. His junior year, he was part of an OWU-record 574 score for 36 holes at Muskingum. He won medalist honors at the NCAC tournament with a 142, helping OWU win the NCAC championship. As a senior, he placed fifth at the NCAC tournament to win his fourth straight first-team All-NCAC citation and was named NCAC Player of the Year. He tied for 27th place at the NCAA Division III championship with a 305 and was a third-team All-America selection. Ohio Wesleyan finished second at the NCAC tournament and tied for sixth at the NCAA Division III tournament. During his career, Ohio Wesleyan won 3 conference titles and posted 3 top-10 national finishes.
