John Shively ’70 won All-America honors in cross country and track & field. He finished 16th in the NCAA College Division cross country championship meet his senior year, earning All-America honors. In track, he placed fourth in the 6-mile run at the NCAA College Division championship meet his junior year. He set an Ohio Athletic Conference record in the 3-mile run and was named Transcript Athlete of the Year in 1969-70.
