Joann Bowman ’51 played field hockey and basketball for 4 years, and was a member of the swimming club. Strauch was a member of Twin “W”, the women’s physical education honorary, and was vice president of the Physical Education Club her junior year and president of the Women’s Recreation Association her senior year.
