Hannah Mudge ’09 was a 2-time all-region selection as an attacker in women’s lacrosse. She won a starting spot as a freshman, recording 32 goals and 11 assists for 43 points, and was a second-team All-North Coast Athletic Conference selection as Ohio Wesleyan went 12-3 overall and 5-1 in the NCAC. She was third on the team in scoring as a sophomore with 26 goals and 7 assists for 33 points, contributing 3 goals and an assist in an NCAC tournament semifinal win over Kenyon and scoring 2 goals in the NCAC tournament championship game against Wooster. Ohio Wesleyan was 11-4 overall and finished 5-1 in the NCAC. As a junior, she scored 30 goals and led the team with 17 assists and 47 points. Her average of 1.13 assists per game ranked second in the NCAC, and her 3.13 points per game tied for 10th in the league. She scored 3 goals in an NCAC tournament semifinal win over Allegheny and set up the game-winning goal in overtime in a 14-13 win over Wooster in the NCAC tournament championship game, finishing with 2 goals and 2 assists as Ohio Wesleyan won its second NCAC championship and collected the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA Division III tournament. She was a second-team All-NCAC and a second-team all-region honoree as Ohio Wesleyan went 10-5 overall and 5-1 in the NCAC. Her senior year, she led the team with 50 goals (then third on the OWU single-season list), 16 assists, and 66 points (then third on the OWU single-season list) and led the NCAC in scoring with an average of 4.71 points per game. She was a first-team all-region and All-NCAC selection. Her 138 career goals ranked second on the OWU list, while her 188 points was third. During her 4 years, Ohio Wesleyan was 40-19 (.678) overall and 18-6 (.750) in the NCAC with one conference championship and one NCAA Division III playoff appearance.
